1. What is something you have wanted to do but are afraid of?
Have a baby. The fears are numerous. But my desire to carry around a little cuddlebug will, I'm sure, ultimately outweigh my fears. Please don't tell me your horror stories. All babies are cute and cuddly all the time. All the time.
2. Where do you see yourself in 5 years?
Not in Alaska. Having a masters' degree would be nice, but I don't know if it'll happen (ever). Depending on the career path we choose concerning the army, I can't even say where we'll be living. There's mystery, excitement, and dread in that all at the same time.
5 years AGO, I wasn't even doing my student teaching yet. I was in my junior year at PSU. Oh my, how things have changed.
3. What are you looking forward to by the end of 2012?
My husband coming back from Afghan-land. Resuming a normal living routine. Not being by myself all the time. Our upcoming vacation to a warmer climate. Pretty much everything.
4. What are your hopes for your blog?
This blog has already succeeded every hope I've had for it.
I began this blogging journey because other people had blogs and I figured I could do it too.
I never dreamed I'd fall in love with it like I have. It's become such a focal point in my life and, honestly, I wouldn't have it any other way.
I don't know what direction I want it to take. I just want it to be me. I don't have the stamina to go food blog. Or the style to go fashion blog. I'm obviously not a mommy-blogger. It's just me. I want to keep people reading, that's for sure. If there's anything you'd like to see, lemme know.
5. Do you always see yourself living in your current town/city?
HA.
Don't make me laugh.
No. No. No. Never. Absolutely not.
I'm NOT being overdramatic (mother). Everyday I count all the blessings I have (health, a comfortable home, an iPhone, a car with decent gas mileage, an awesome purse, a loving husband, etc.) and then I insist (usually to the windshield) that life isn't fair.
6. What is your morning routine?
Turn off alarm at 6:02am. Turn on iPad. Turn on news. Check email, Twitter, etc. Coffee. Turn up the heat (it's set lower at night). Try not to fall down the stairs while using my iPhone as a flashlight. Clothes, makeup, hair. More coffee. Blog-read on computer at dining room table while drinking coffee. Out the door between 7:30-8:00. As the darkness creeps in with the fall season, I leave the house later...and later...and later. I usually take food of some sort to school and eat breakfast before the kids get there.
funny stuffs.
Here's a secret about me. I love me some Chuck Norris jokes.
I mean truths. Chuck Norris is not a joke.
I mean truths. Chuck Norris is not a joke.
I'm tired of picking on KStew. She, like her movies, has gotten boring. Suggestions?
Although, a friend of mine (who needs her own blog) said that there are Bella pumpkin carving stencils out there. I say we carve a pumpkin with KStew's face, put it on the top of a mop handle and say, "Look, it's the talented Kristen Stewart!".
Alright, maybe now I'm done making fun of her.
