S'mores Bars

I saw this recipe for S'mores Puppy Chow.  I don't remember how.  I probably linked to it from this site in which I found Cupcake Muddy Buddies.  I can tell you that, in true Kristin fashion, I ate the Cupcake Muddy Buddies for breakfast, lunch, and dinner until they were gone.  2 days.  Maybe 1 1/2.

The S'mores Puppy Chow recipe had my favorite ingredients in it.

Peanut butter.  Marshmallows.  Chocolate.  Graham crackers.

Look.  I just listed the 4 basic food groups.

Just kidding.

I forgot ice cream.

So this recipe tells you to mix those 4 basic food groups together til they're all melty and then you just put it in with Rice Chex as a base.  Sure, why not?  I mean, I'm gonna be eating those 4 foods anyway....Might as well throw in some cereal!

I decided, due to a lack of powdered sugar in my house, to press them into bar form.  It worked well.

S'mores Bars
makes an 8x8 pan (you shall probably need to double it if there's another person around)

1/2 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup white chocolate chips
1/2 cup semi-sweet or milk chocolate chips

Melt together in the microwave.  Large bowl, 1 minute.  Stir.

Add in 2 cups mini-marshmallows.  Microwave 45 seconds.  Stir well.

Add in 3 crushed graham crackers.  Stir.

Add in 2-3 cups Rice Chex cereal.  Stir well.

Press into an 8x8 pan.  Cover and let set.  Or, eat it all out of the pan.  Your choice.
