This is what I've been up to.
1. I've been mailing myself boxes of Christmas presents. Because that's the only way to get them back to Alaska.
2. I've baked and eaten far too many cookies. It's a little shameful really.

3. I'm really just kind of hoping, wishing, and praying (hard) that everything I left in Alaska is still in working order. I'm praying really hard. Please join me.
4. I'm realizing that praying and wanting control are two different things. I can't wish something into my control. I can just pray that all will be well.
5. Oh and my hair? It's back to normal. Highlighted and trimmed for a mere $20. I would've paid $50. Just not $130, as is the going rate in Alaska.
There's a fine line between taking charge and being a control freak. Find your balance and all will be fine.
