2 Things + Kitchen Inspiration

 1. What's the Google storage solution? I think it's a blogger issue, personally, that has sucked up my drive space. Does that count toward what you get as storage space? My other account that's not connected to my blog has more data on it in the drive, but I'm not getting flashing red warning signs that everything will implode if I don't give Google my money for extra storage. 

2. Transferring to Wordpress? Easy? Hard? What should I be on the lookout for when it comes to troubleshooting?

I wanted to share a bit of what my kitchen inspiration is for this new house. I don't want to go into the nitty-gritty on the details just yet because, holy cow guys, we're doing a lot right now. I just wanted to share my inspiration for what I wanted to do and what the long-game is here. 

To start with, my inspiration is based around the fact that there were already black countertops to start with, so you're not gonna see that sterile marble background that I see a lot on Instagram these days. I mean it's pretty but...all that bright white has to come with its own problems, right? I don't know. Given that we have the marble bathroom vanity, I can see that marble is hard to take care of so I wouldn't want it on the kitchen counters. I don't know what counters we'll eventually go with when we replace the black (and it does need replaced...it's poor construction). Probably something dark though. Maybe a quartz? The backsplash is already done very well and it's a light limestone brick(?). I don't how to describe it, but it's sticking around. 

Anyway, here's what I was going off of when I was making plans for the kitchen:

I've figured out that we don't want a trendy floor and that we don't want gold cabinet pulls. They also seem a little trendy. I think I'll know the pull/knob when I see it, but I can't decide if we want a nickel or a dark color. We've gone with Sherwin Williams Farm to Table for a green and I need a white recommendation for upper cabinets. I also already painted the walls gray (obviously...I paint everything gray.)
