5 Grateful things.

1. Sheet pan dinners. So easy. Asparagus, gnocchi, cherry tomatoes, and Italian chicken sausage. Drizzle with olive oil. Add salt, pepper, and any seasonings you prefer. 450 degrees for about 30 minutes.

2. Amazon. Good Lord. What did we do before Amazon? I told myself I was going to go to the craft store the other day but the overwhelming thought of packing up-driving-browsing-etc was too much. I ordered what I wanted on Amazon.
It was laughable to think that I thought I needed to go out.

3. Netflix. WHAT DID WE DO BEFORE STREAMING? I don't know and/or remember. We watched The Edge of Seventeen the other night. Very funny. We're also making our way through a bunch of Disney movies. And when Wells and I play on the floor, we watch The Office. He loves the theme music.

4.  Half of this is a grateful thing: Wells had to get his booster flu shot this week. Scott was able to come with us, which I'm grateful for, because I never would've been able to maneuver a crowd while wrangling a toddler I don't trust to walk. The part that was annoying was the pediatrician's office doesn't just give flu shots; they run a "flu shot clinic" in the evenings and give dozens and dozens of people the same appointment time and you have to sign in on a list when you get there and wait in a standing-room-only (and you can't even find a spot to stand) waiting room for 30 minutes and ....well, maybe this is normal? I don't know. Scott said the army wouldn't even do something like that. And the army will do anything.

5. Things that make me laugh.

My favorite:

I still follow a few Alaska pages on Facebook and they do have some funny memes.
