How did you come up with your blog name?
I swiped it from The Office. Kelly has a sign in her annexed office that says "Kelly's Nook". Since my name starts with a "K" too, I took the "nook" part and added a silent "k".
What is your favorite thing about blogging?
The connections I've made. I love talking to other bloggers! I hope, once I get outta this icebox, I can meet some bloggers IRL. We're headed to the midwest next folks, so watch out.
What is one thing you have discovered because of blogging and now can't live without?
I've learned that I'm addicted to trying new recipes. The more I see, the more I want to create in the kitchen. I try something new several times a week. Also? Pinterest.
Facebook or Twitter? and why?
Well, right now I don't have Twitter, so I must say Facebook. I specifically keep it around for daily amusement.

What is something you want people to know about your blog?
My About Me probably says it best. I love finding new friends in the blogging community. I try not to take things too seriously and I'm not afraid to make fun of myself. I also love to make fun of Alaska. It keeps me busy. There's a lot to make fun of. Here's an example of my work.

I keep Facebook just to stay connected with people back home that I don't talk to every day...and those that I don't talk to at all. I like the meaning behind your blog name! These funnies are HILARIOUS!

ReplyDeleteI totally have that thing with the memory too. Sometimes i remember things in such detail that I fear if people know how much I really remember it will seem creepy so I pretend i don't remember. LOL ohh man i thought i was the only one!
ReplyDeletei'm so excited you are on twitter now. Hooray!! I'm also so stinkin excited for mad men finale. I need to give true blood a whirl. Ryan isn't on board with vamps, but we know so many people who love it, so I think I can eventually convince him.
