Something that's interesting about moving often: I'm never sure what to do with wall space. If we can't paint walls in rentals and if we have big, blank walls to decorate in any given house, I want the place to feel home-y but don't want to invest a lot of time or energy because it's all temporary.
This is especially true in what I buy to go on the walls in the first place. It has to be neutral enough to fit in different houses or in different rooms. Sometimes a large picture that was in the office in one house, goes in the dining room in the next house. Repurposing artwork becomes an undertaking when you're settling into a new place; I can never get attached to any one arrangement or set-up.
This means I'm always looking for something else to go on the walls. Even if I don't have a great place for it in our current home, I may in the next one, wherever and whenever that may be.

When I heard about this company, it was immediately a product I wanted to learn more about; I always have a use for a picture to hang on the wall. Especially if I can browse a huge selection of prints online and have it delivered to my door.

Since I wanted art that I could easily transport to our next home (and, let's face it, the home after that), I chose a canvas print. I knew I wanted a nature scene and a picture with neutral colors. The birch trees with yellow leaves reminded me of many of our previous homes out west, but ultimately blues and greens fit better with the rest of my wall art.
I went with a copy of a Monet canvas. I was impressed with the high-quality of the canvas itself and the textured look.
After I ordered, a box showed up at my house within a few days, ready to be assembled.
Super fun fact: I had no idea it had to be assembled. Major facepalm moment, right? However, Scott made a video of how easy it was to put together...and it was simple!
