Haven't published...yet

Periodically, I clean out the drafts on Blogger. I hate the clutter of posts I haven't finished or no longer have an interest in finishing...cluttered drafts equals cluttered mind.

Here's what I can see at this point:

1. Fall Food...I never talked about favorite fall recipes. Oh well. Not like you can't find food elsewhere on the internet.

2. Range. I titled this post because I was inspired to write about how millenials need to develop some range. We need to be able to draw the line between our professional life and our personal life; you need to do both, but not at the same time. You need to be able to adapt to your surroundings, not assume your surroundings will adapt to you.

3. Classroom Pictures. I took some this year. Never posted them. Now..eh.

4. Chicken Zucchini "Parm". A recipe I've made a lot in the last few months but haven't shared. There were also many more recipe posts I started and never finished. Whoops.

5. I have several deployment-related posts, but I don't really want to talk about them until this deployment is over.

Linking up with Alyssa Goes Bang.

  1. #2 sounds like an interesting one! I have a bit of an interest in sociology I guess so I love reading insights on things like that. Thanks for joining in!

  2. I want recipe posts (or pins) since that's a thing that I have to do right now and I hate it. I need all the inspiration and motivation I can get! I think deployment posts would be interesting for non-military people but I completely understand waiting, too. Here's hoping you can write them sooner rather than later (I know you can't say... but I can hope, right?).

  3. I always think about posting recipes...then I forget to take pictures...or they don't turn out pretty, ha!!

  4. I love seeing what people have in their drafts that are yet to be published. I want you to publish #2 and #4 for sure!

  5. #2 sounds like an interesting read!

  6. that chicken zucchini parm sounds delish :)
my drafts is a mess. definitely have a cluttered mind also.

  7. I have so many posts in my drafts lol it's just a matter of posting them.

  8. Haha I'm glad to know that I'm not the only one with stored-up drafts. I'd love to see your zucchini parm recipe. I just checked my drafts, I have a few summer drinks/food recipes that will now probably wait until next summer, and I usually have an "I'm loving..." draft so I can randomly drops links I want to share...whenever I get around to it haha.

  9. I imagine your deployment posts serve as a good journal tool for you...just to get your thoughts out of your swirling mind even if you never hit "publish".

  10. I had a couple of recipes and even organization ones where I'd take the before pic and forget to snap the finish product. The chicken zucchini parm one sounds interesting though!

  11. I just did that today. I got rid of some unfinished posts and drafts. The recipe posts sound yummy. Sometimes writing posts and not hitting publish is good therapy to get things out of our system.
