(Are you bored with winter yet? There's not even any snow here and I just want it to be over.)
Yes, I love the Fall season. I love the scarves, boots, jackets, and plaid. I really love plaid.
But it ain't Fall anymore.
And I'm getting worse and worse at dealing with this...
In my perfect world, shorts can be worn everyday. Pants do not exist. Alaska requires pants. You see my problem, yes?
Today, you're getting a picture that was taken weeks ago.
Way back when I could muster up the strength to stand outdoors. And smile. Kind of.

I think that you should all wish Scott a big, giant, collective "GOOD LUCK" when it comes to him trying to get me to come back to the stupid tundra after our trip next week. I mean, for real, he's gonna need it.

Well, I think you're doing a pretty good job at rocking the winter look. Winter gets old real fast for me, too.
ReplyDeleteI got tired of summer all the time in Hawaii. Yeah, yeah, don't hate me for it. I just didn't want to wear shorts and a t-shirt or tank top all the time anyway! And flip-flops! I wanted to wear jeans, a long sleeve shirt or cardigan, and some SHOES.
ReplyDeleteI totally agree (with all of it)! Bring back Fall... or skip forward to Spring. After Christmas, winter is TOTALLY useless.
ReplyDeleteI haven't even seen an inkling of winter here in Washington. There was a smidge of snow on the mountains but yesterday it all melted. I have a feeling my first look of winter will be when we land in AK on the 23rd...
ReplyDeleteI wouldn't want to go back if I were you either!
ReplyDeleteI have been to the tundra in the winter and summer. Summer is the best for tundra. Good luck to Scott. I would be telling my hubby the same thing. Esther Norine Designs

ReplyDeleteYES! THIS OMG. I'm in Chicago and there's no snow yet and I'm already wishing it was March/April so all the snow is gone. Haha.
Love your boots! I so almost bought some boots like that at DSW recently but decided I better wait till I can actually afford them! ;)

Come down here to AZ!!! It's in the 70's!
ReplyDeleteMove to Portland... According to my friend Dean, pants are optional here (though I only support this during the winter when he wears thermals under his jeans because in the summer when he strips to his boxers - yeah, we have that kind of friendship - I am horrified by the sight of his chicken legs) (maybe he should move to Alaska?)
ReplyDeleteAt least you know you get to leave................................................. ;)
ReplyDeleteYou'll be kicking and screaming. I know I would be!
ReplyDeleteI'm over it for sure! Lets move somewhere tropical for the winter k?
ReplyDeleteI feel exactly the same way about winter! I'm so over it and we haven't had any snow that has stuck. I way, way prefer summer clothes. Someday I will live in the tropics again...I must keep wishing that till it comes true...
