PB S'mores (Take 2)

It had to happen some time.

I ran out of Reeses' cups.  I like to think of myself as a sane person.  A sane person does not run back to the store the second she runs out of Reeses' cups the way she does when she runs out of ice cream or hummus.

So I improvised.  I think I like this even better than my original version.  This is messier and it takes longer to eat, therefore making it a bit more satisfying.

Melty Peanut Butter S'mores

Graham crackers
Marshmallows
1/4 cup chocolate chips
2-3 T. peanut butter

Lots of ice cold milk

In a small bowl, microwave the chocolate chips and peanut butter together for about 40 seconds.  Stir.  They should be just about completely melted.

Top each graham cracker with a dollop of the chocolate/peanut butter mixture.

Add a marshmallow and top with another graham cracker.

Microwave for 10 seconds, then press together.

I can't really verify how many of these s'mores 1/4 cup of chocolate chips would make.  I would say at least 8.

Enjoy!
