I want it CONSTANTLY! However, I've tried to eat more frozen yogurt instead, and I tell myself that I need to get extra calcium anyway haha. Besides most "cravings" are really our bodies telling us we have a vitamin or mineral deficiency of some sort (true story), so I interpret my craving for ice cream as a need for more calcium. In other words, I indulge from time to time. I'm proud that I have made a quart of ice cream last through over three snack sessions. :) Life is all about moderation. I find that when I deny myself for too long, I tend to go nuts the next time I allow myself anything, if that makes sense. I applaud you for giving up ice cream so often for Lent.
